This cocoa beans machinery is a patented product developed by our factory based on the characteristics of cocoa beans. It can complete the production process of cocoa sauce/chocolate liquor, mainly including roasting the cocoa bean, peeling removing skins, and grinding conching.

1. Cocoa Bean Roasting Machine:
This roaster machine can record temperature continuously. It adopts heat conduction and thermal radiation theory, the quality, color and flavor of roasted cocoa beans are guaranteed effectively. It also has advantages of good ventilation, water vapor and dust easily excluded.
2. Cocoa Bean Peeling Machine:
The peeling machine consists of roller, fan and the proportion of sorting parts. It has the features of stable performance, safe and reliable, simple and compact structure, easy to operate.
3. Cocoa Liquor Grinding Machine:
This machine works on the rotor-stator principle. Shearing takes place in a narrow gap between a static cone (the stator) and a rapidly rotating cone (the rotor). To reduce wear, the rotor and stator are made fo stainless steel. The cocoa bean grinding machine can make nuts butter, nut milk etc.
